Position Description

Accolade Partners is seeking two undergraduate interns to join the investment team across both the spring semester of 2026 (10-15 hours per week, open to remote) and full-time in the summer of 2026 (full-time, in-person, 10 weeks). This internship offers first-hand experience in venture capital and private equity. Interns will work closely with the investment team and gain experience in:

·         Market and manager research

·         Investment due diligence and analysis

·         Special projects across investment strategies

Strong performers may be invited to attend meetings and contribute meaningfully to the investment decision-making process.

 

Location Requirement

Due to state tax and employment law requirements, we can only consider candidates who are residents of Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Massachusetts, or New Hampshire. Applicants must provide a current address in one of those states.

 

Qualifications

·  Strong academic track record

·  Demonstrated interest in venture capital, investing, technology, etc.

·  Appreciation for the fund of funds investment model

·  Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

·  Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·  Intellectual curiosity

·  Punctuality and professionalism

·  Strong knowledge/background in AI is preferred

·  Undergraduate only; sophomores and juniors with all majors accepted
